The first question your asking yourself, "what is Teamspeak ?".

Teamspeak 3 (TS) is a great real-time voice communication program. Its one of the best gaming voice tool available.

After trying all the rest, Game voice, Roger Wilco, Battle com, Teamspeak has proven outstanding.

The Tibet Clan run their own TS3 server, running 24/7 so there’s always someone on to chat too.

To get Teamspeak 3, go to the LINKS page and download the program

Now you have TS3 installed, what now ?.

For those of wanting to enter the Tibet Clan TS, its now public. Before you get online, Please read our Teamspeak rules.

- NO PLAYER ABUSE.

- NO SPAMMING.

- NO BACKGROUND NOISE (TV, HI-FI, ETC.).

- NO EXCESSIVE CHANNEL SWITCHING.

- NO OFF GAME CHAT, IN THE GAME ROOMS.

- NO SWEARING.

PLEASE USE THE CORRECT ROOM FOR THE SERVER YOU ARE PLAYING ON !

Breaking the rules will get you booted and banned if repeated. We run the server for fun, and that means everyone’s.

To help you get on line, and get started chatting, read the quick start guide below. All the information is there, connection address etc and the password is available to anyone on the game server

HOW TO CONNECT TO OUR TEAMSPEAK SERVER:

While playing on our server, request the Teamspeak password from a TibeT player, or wait for the in game announcements.

Then to log on, do the following:

Click the connections button and select connect and fill in the server address details with:

ts3.killercreation.co.uk:10064

Give yourself a nickname, enter the password (available whilst playing on our server) and press Connect and introduce yourself, and get chatting. TS3 Connect dialog below..

What Teamspeak 3 looks like when connected...icons explained below.

TEAMSPEAK 3 ICONS:

You can quickly set your away status either globally (for all servers to which you are connected) or for the specific server / channel in which you are currently active.

Click this to activate your microphone. Note: any sound you make will be heard in your currently active channels.

Click this to mute your microphone. Note: no sound you make will be heard in any of your currently active channels.

Click this to set your speakers as either on or mute.

Click to open your contacts where you can manage your friends, foes and other contacts.

Most of the buttons shown, you will not have access too.

One of the most useful buttons here is the MUTE button.

By right clicking on a players name, in the list, you can decide to MUTE them.

This is great for getting rid of annoying players of a less mature nature.

Remember this yourself, don’t annoy other players, or you’ll be talking to yourself !

Teamspeak is packed full of options, channel switching, key binds and volume settings.

Take your time to explore the programme, get your sound and microphone set up using the Set up Wizard (under settings option) before going live on line.
